Before Light founded Gentle World, a spiritual vegan community, his name was Burt Waldbaum. Burt grew up and worked in South Fallsburg where his mother and stepfather, Anne and Lou Cohen, owned the Hotel Commodore. On today’s show we chat about all of the places he worked, the celebrities he checked in and Gentle World, his vegan non -profit organization that operates educational centres in Hawaii and New Zealand.
