Today on The Borscht Belt Tattler, I chat with Wendy Shawn Travolta, daughter of Dick Shawn, a brilliant and one of a kind comedian who is best remembered for his roles as Sylvester Marcus from Stanley Kramer's It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World (1963) and Lorenzo St. DuBois in Mel Brooks' The Producers (1968). In our conversation, Wendy s shares many stories including the start of his career in the Catskills, the comics who were influenced by his work and her close relationship with her father. Enjoy!
